Thailand was my dream destination, so when we had an opportunity for a longer trip I didn’t hesitate to choose this country as my first trip to far Asia.
The trip had to be perfect, I wanted to see as much as possible while also having some time to relax and enjoy.
In this post, I sketch whole plan of the trip which I divided into separate posts. For more information, just click activated link and read more about every part.

We (me and my boyfriend) were lucky that we managed to do almost everything what we planned. There were initial problems with accommodation in raft house and in Similan Islands, but we sorted them out. I wanted to see Phi Phi, unfortunately, we didn’t make it to the ferry to this island so we visited Phuket Town instead. Another divergence between plan and reality was that we had to take a minivan to Kanchanaburi instead of a train. In spite of the fact that I wanted to experience Thai train and see the scenery very much, unfortunately we missed the train. I initially hoped to make it to the train though, because I read trains in Thailand are usually late. Advantage of the minivan we took was that it was faster than train and it was air conditioned.
